Keiichi and the Goddesses have finally entered the magical castle, and are almost instantly greeted by a barrage of trap doors and other tricks. Sayoko is watching their progress on a TV monitor. She is amused, but hopes she gets a chance to deal with her rival, Belldandy, personally. Mara, who stands by her side, has silent hopes of her own.

When Keiichi and the others arrive in a strange room, the doors slam shut behind them. Skuld prepares to blast the door open with one of her bombs, when all of a sudden, a grenade is tossed to the ground nearby them. Realizing the grenade does not belong to Skuld, they all duck and cover from the explosion. It turns out the grenade is from the school Chemistry Lab, who are under Sayoko and Mara’s mind control. They prepare to throw more bombs at them, when Skuld launches a barrage of her own bombs at the attackers. Skuld tells Keiichi, Belldandy, and Urd to go on ahead while she deals with them.

The remaining three continue through the castle until they come to a giant wrestling ring. Before our heroes can react, both Keiichi and Urd are taken away by muscle-bound students to separate corners of the ring, leaving a confused Belldandy behind. Keiichi is forced to sit behind a video game joystick stand that’s at the side of the ring, and it is time for the “Main Event”. Urd has been dressed in a bizarre video game superhero nurse outfit, and is in the ring, preparing to go up against a muscular man wearing a chicken costume. It seems that it is Keiichi’s job to “control” Urd just like a video game, and help her win the fight. Unfortunately, Keiichi is up against the campus’ video game champion (under the mind control spell) who is “controlling” Urd’s opponent. Both fighters are wearing special headsets that prevent them from moving on their own free will. (They are being controlled by Keiichi, and the video game champ, and can only move according to the buttons they push on the joystick stands before them.)

The fight begins, and Urd finds she has no control over her body, as Keiichi is just randomly hitting buttons on the control panel before him, causing Urd to swing her arms and legs about madly. Urd’s opponent sends a powerful punch toward her, only to have Urd dodge it, and come back with an uppercut and a special attack move (This was all accidental, as Keiichi has no idea what he’s doing). When Urd’s back is turned to her opponent, the video game champion orders the chicken man to grab her, and throw her down to the mat. However, this move causes the main circuit in Urd’s headset to get smashed. Since the headset is what connects her to Keiichi’s controls, she now has control over her body once again. Now that she can do what she wants, she blasts her opponent with her magic, and then delivers a powerful attack to the video game champ who was controlling him. Urd tells Belldandy and Keiichi to go on ahead, while she has some fun beating on her former tormentors.

Keiichi and Belldandy are now wandering the halls of the castle together. Belldandy mentions that the building is made of pure Mind-Force, and is amazed at how large it is. It reflects how badly Sayoko truly wanted to be the Campus Queen. She could have forfeited from the competition last year, and Sayoko would have gotten the title, but Belldandy knows that Sayoko would have been disappointed that way, as the competition is all that matters to her.

The two finally arrive in a large indoor garden Tea Room, where three women in elegant dresses are waiting for them. They are the women of the Tea Club, and the next test that our heroes must pass on their way to Sayoko. If Belldandy can identify all of the teas that they serve her, they will let them both pass. The contest begins, and Belldandy sips one tea after another, identifying each one correctly. However, the last one she samples causes her to mysteriously and suddenly fall into unconsciousness. Before Keiichi can react, the three girls take her, and run off laughing.

Keiichi runs off after them, but he has lost sight of them. As he stands alone, wondering where they went, he suddenly hears Belldandy’s voice from behind him. He turns around, only to find a very fat woman dressed as Belldandy standing before him. Keiichi runs away, only to be met by another Belldandy impostor. He is surrounded by a group of people (some of them men) all claiming to be Belldandy…
