Everyone’s favorite muscle-bound dolt, Tamiya, has decided to pay a personal visit to Keiichi to deliver a message to him from the “Council of Elders” of the Nekomi Tech Auto Club. He calls out to Keiichi from outside the front door, but there is no reply. When Tamiya opens the door to see if anyone’s home, he is greeted by a very cheerful Peorth, who comes flying toward him, welcoming him home. (She has mistaken him for Keiichi returning home.) Imagine her shock when she looks up, and finds not Keiichi, but the intimidating and lumbering Tamiya. Peorth runs away in fear at the sight of the giant man, but poor Tamiya is frozen stiff. He has been stricken with the Goddess’ beauty, and it is love at first sight for him.

Urd steps out of the room, curious as to what’s going on out in the hall. When she comes across the spaced-out and frozen Tamiya, Urd is not sure what to think. She tries to snap him out of it by showing a bit of skin his way, but even her sensual come-ons aren’t enough to bring the man back to reality. At that very moment, Keiichi, Belldandy, and Skuld return home. They are naturally surprised by the sight of Urd flashing a bit of skin at Tamiya, and begin to suspect she’s responsible for his current frozen state. Just as suddenly as it came over him, Tamiya snaps out of his trance, and immediately grabs a hold of Keiichi, leading him off to speak in private.

Outside the house, Tamiya has a private conference with Keiichi, although Belldandy and Urd are standing nearby, watching. Tamiya needs to know who the beautiful woman he met in the hallway is. Keiichi is not sure who he means at first, but eventually figures out he is talking about Peorth. Tamiya is instantly stricken with love, and with hearts in his eyes, declares his undying passion for her. Belldandy is watching this from nearby, and hearing his declaration of love, assumes that it is directed toward Urd, because of the scene they witnessed in the hallway when they came home just a few moments ago. At that very same moment, Peorth is watching this scene in secret, and sees Tamiya and Keiichi huddled so close together and whispering. She assumes this means that the two are in love, and perhaps this is why Keiichi rejects her. She makes it her mission to separate the two once and for all. It seems that this simple misunderstanding is going to cause a massive headache for all involved…

That night, Tamiya sits with Otaki, and as they share dinner, they talk of Tamiya’s newfound love. A wild karaoke party begins to celebrate his inevitable victory at winning Peorth’s heart. As they party,Tamiya remembers that he forgot to give Keiichi the message that was the reason for his visit in the first place. He was supposed to warn him of something about the Auto Club junkyard, but decides the message can wait until tomorrow…

The next day, Tamiya arrives at the Nekomi Tech campus, only to find the lovely Peorth waiting for him. The lovesick fool is obviously ecstatic to see her, and becomes even more excited when she asks if he could show her around the campus. Tamiya is only too eager to offer his assistance, unaware that Peorth is merely setting up her scheme to separate Tamiya and Keiichi, and end their “love”.

At that same moment, Keiichi and Belldandy are walking together on another part of the campus. Keiichi is still trying to figure out what Tamiya sees in Peorth. Belldandy is obviously surprised to hear this, as she assumed his love was directed toward her older sister. Just then, a large group of students come running by. They seem to be in a panic, and are screaming something about Tamiya. Curious, the two follow the mob, only to discover that it leads them to Tamiya giving a guided tour of the campus to Peorth. It seems the entire student body is quite shocked that a lumbering, dimwitted muscle head like Tamiya could pick up a girl like Peorth. Keiichi and Belldandy are quite surprised as well. Peorth sees Keiichi watching from the crowd, and decides to make her first move in separating Tamiya and him. She lovingly takes Tamiya by the arm. This causes the poor man to go into instant love shock once again, and the entire student body to walk off, rejected, and cursing their luck.

The day goes on, and the tour continues. By now, Peorth has Tamiya completely wrapped around her finger, and his mind is swimming with thoughts of love. As they walk, Peorth suddenly hears Belldandy calling for her telepathically. She tells Tamiya she needs to step away for a moment, and runs off to meet with Belldandy, who is waiting for her on the roof of a nearby building. When Peorth arrives, she demands to know why she’s called for her. Belldandy pleads that Peorth stop what she’s doing, as she’s only leading Tamiya on, and this will only end in pain for him. Peorth accuses Belldandy of being weak, since she has done nothing to separate the “love” between the two men, and it’s up to her to break them apart. Belldandy obviously has no idea what she’s talking about, but Peorth won’t listen. Before she leaves, Peorth mentions something about a moment from long ago, and that she has still not forgiven Belldandy for it. The gentle Goddess does not understand what she means, but Peorth disappears, leaving behind a confused Belldandy, wondering what she meant by “that moment”…

A little while later, Tamiya is in the Auto Club junkyard, looking for Peorth. He comes across her speaking to Keiichi, who ran across her while he was searching for her, as well. Keiichi finds Peorth standing on top of a large pile of broken vehicles and parts. As the two talk, the mountain of junk begins to grow weak, causing Peorth to fall and land directly in Keiichi’s arms. They’re not safe yet, however, as the giant pile of auto parts is starting to tumble and fall down toward them. Keiichi runs about, trying to dodge the debris, but it seems like his luck is about to run out when a small motorcycle comes tumbling down toward him. All of a sudden, Tamiya leaps to the rescue, covering both Keiichi and Peorth, and catching the small bike on the back of his large arms that he holds over his head. Tamiya asks if Peorth is allright, and although he forces out a large smile, he is crying on the inside. He knows that Peorth’s heart is with Keiichi, and not with him. Before the tears can come, the large man runs off. The confused Peorth can only watch him leave, wondering how she mistook his love for being aimed at Keiichi.

She is not the only Goddess confused, however. Poor Belldandy still stands alone, wondering what Peorth meant by “that moment” that scarred their friendship forever…
