It is a cold day in Japan and Keiichi is feeling it. Belldandy comes to his aide by giving him her scarf before the two return home from school. Once home, they find and excited Skuld who's developed her tattoo powers further. Since her test subject was Urd, she finds herself about to be pummeled with lightning. Skuld is saved when the phone rings. Urd answers to find the Almighty One on the other end. Urd is being required to return to the heavens for remedial goddess courses. Skuld is also required to return in order to get a proper license for Earth goddess training. Before they leave, Skuld warns Keiichi not to do anything with Belldandy since Banpei is on special attack mode. Urd warns Keiichi that if he doesn't do something with Belldandy, it's Urd Bolts time!

Their first night alone together, Keiichi finds he has nothing to say and drinks a lot of coffee. As a result he stays awake all night. The next day he asks Megumi for advice. She's shocked that Keiichi and Belldandy haven't had sex but thinks it is OK for them to do so if they truly love each other. Keiichi meets Belldandy at his motorcycle and sees her flushed. He thinks that it is because she wants to be with him but he soon learns it is because she is very ill. Rushing home, he puts her to bed. Since Earth medicines won't work on her, he figures to use some of Urd's medicines. He tries some of them out on himself to make sure they are safe. For his troubles, he grows long hair and breasts. Now he looks like a girl!

In desperation, he attempts to get through to the heavens and in fact contacts Urd. After chastising him for his carelessness in using her meds, she instructs him on what to do. It seems that Belldandy's use of a high-powered spell against the ninja's is the cause of her illness. Keiichi does what Urd says and gives Belldandy the processed pill. He gives her water to take by taking it into his mouth and transferring it to hers. Banpei sees this and follows Skuld's instructions!

The next day the two sisters return. Skuld is upset to see Keiichi's face has been tattooed marking him as a pervert. Urd is upset that Keiichi has bigger breasts than she does. Belldandy is cured but very confused at all of the commotion going on.
