The goddesses have been returned to normal thanks to bracelets made of moon materials. Urd feels this is a pain, but in reality, she knows she is deeper in Keiichi's debt. She sees Belldandy knitting Keiichi a sweater outside and after watching her for a moment, Urd becomes frustrated. She decides that a Super-Deluxe Love Potion is what is needed to repay Keiichi. After mixing the ingredients, Urd puts the potion on to distill it for a couple of hours then leaves to watch TV.

Meanwhile, Skuld is looking for the newspaper and finds it in Urd's room. Since a potion vial is sitting on top of it, Skuld attempts to yank the paper off the table without knocking the vial over. She fails. She recalls the last time she spilled one of Urd's potions - Urd punished her severely. Skuld sees she has some time based on Urd's timer, so she creates a special vacuum she calls Kyupon Inhaler Z. She sucks up the liquid off the ground, but she is unable to recover much. So, she adds liquid from one of Urd's ingredient bottles to the vial to cover the loss.

Urd returns later to finish her work on the love potion. She casts a spell on the vial which smokes heavily. The liquid turns into a form that looks like a candy drop. She takes it and real candy outside to Belldandy and offers her some. Skuld sees this and is afraid that this candy is really what Urd was brewing up. She wants to warn Belldandy, but her fear of Urd's punishment is to great. Belldandy takes the tainted candy and eats it. To Urd's amazement, nothing happens and suddenly Skuld is feeling great - she protected her sister by adding that extra ingredient.

Depressed, Urd walks away not noticing that Belldandy had in fact been affected. She feels her heart beating fiercely and passionately. She drops in on Keiichi who's busy working on his bike. Looking flushes, she calls to him slowly and gives him a squeeze from behind, her chest pressing hard into his back. This takes him off guard but he calms down when she invites him to go shopping with her. As they take off, Urd spots them from the temple roof and knows her love potion has taken effect.

In town, Keiichi has purchased a box of Pocky (1). He places a stick in his mouth and offers Belldandy some from the box. She decides to take some of his and munches on the other end, her mouth moving closer to his. The Pocky stick breaks before her lips reach Keiichi's. As Keiichi ponders this action on Belldandy's part, she invites him to a movie. He asks about the shopping but readily agrees after being told this was only an excuse for her to be alone with him. The film Belldandy takes him to is a naughty one (2) sending Keiichi into a shock where he can't do anything.

Later that night back home, Keiichi is thinking about the theater when Belldandy drops by his room. She loosens the top of her dress in a highly suggestive matter as she joins him on his futon. Keiichi panics causing Bell to wonder why he is so afraid. He knows he's been afraid of crossing the line with her and she confesses she wants to get closer to him. Despite how he'd feel if she had to return to the heavens, Keiichi decides to give in and embraces Belldandy on the floor.

Urd is in her room doing an ingredient inventory and discovers that she's missing 2oz of Pakdor-Tamya X-20. She spots Skuld's Kyupon Inhaler Z machine and extracts a confession. Doing some calculations, Urd discovers that the potion she gave Belldandy would make her into a sexpot. Meanwhile Keiichi stops himself from taking advantage of Belldandy since he knows something is wrong. As he confesses to Belldandy the things he likes about her, Urd gives her an antidote. Upon completing his confession, he turns to a restored Belldandy who immediately confesses her love for him.

As for Skuld, Urd punishes her by making her build machines that don't do anything useful.
