Keiichi returns home with chibi*-Belldandy and Skuld, who's just had her powers restored and thus returned to her normal form. They find Urd has reverted to the form of a young child. Keiichi gives her the moon rock he made but it only restores her to a slightly older form. Belldandy determines that the rock's power has been used up. She wonders if something went wrong in the creation of the rock which would prevent it from putting out full power. Keiichi tells Urd he'll buy her some clothes at the thrift shop which angers her.

Later, Urd admires herself in the mirror wearing a new outfit. She leaves the temple and heads into town. Soon, she becomes weak and dizzy and is found by a boy that is the same age Urd appears to be. She pleads for him to buy her some sake which he reluctantly does since he is smitten with her. Upon consuming the sake, Urd begins to feel better. She feels bad that the boy spent his money on her, but he doesn't mind and tells her he can buy the new video game Kintaro Tycoon II later.

As he shows her the first game on the portable player, she begins to play it. The boy admires her greatly as he watches Urd play. She soon has beaten the game but he has more. After a long while, Urd admits to the boy that she had fun as she gets ready to return home. Shohei Yoshida finally introduces himself to her and she returns the favor. She promises Shohei to be back tomorrow if he is. The hearts that float around him confirm he will be back.

Once home, Urd finds Skuld and Keiichi attempting to figure out what went wrong with the moon rock creation. Keiichi apologizes for not having a solution but Urd tells him there's no rush. This leads Belldandy to wonder if something good happened to Urd.

The following day, Urd is waiting for Shohei. Rather than play another video game, Urd grabs Shohei's hand and leads him to a construction site. He is unsure, but he follows her lead as she leads him into the metal-framed building being constructed and to the top level. She walks a beam to the edge of the building but Shohei is afraid. With Urd's encouragement, Shohei gathers to courage to join her at the edge. The reward for his efforts is a wonderful view of the city below next to Urd.

Urd walks Shohei to his home. He wants to know where she lives, but Urd tells him it is a secret and if he knew, the magic would end. She returns home to find that Keiichi and Skuld have found the solution to make a proper moon rock. She tells them it can wait until tomorrow and she climbs up on the roof to think about Shohei. As she does, he shows up on the temple grounds. Belldandy wonders if Urd has fallen for Shohei which Urd denies. She decides that time is up and returns inside to take the new moon rock. Urd is restored to her normal self, then goes and meets Shohei at the door. She explains to him that her little sister had left and wouldn't be returning. However, Urd tells him that her little sister left him a message and kisses him on the forehead, thanking him for the fun she had.
