From the ruins of the Morisato residence, the phone rings and Belldandy answers it. The Almighty One is on the other end and after a discussion with Belldandy on the current situation with Urd declares he will kill her to destroy the Lord of Terror. Belldandy vows to destroy the Ultimate Destruction Program before the Lord of Terror-Urd (LOT-Urd) can activate it. She hangs up on the Almighty One while Skuld wonders if Belldandy is powerful enough to face LOT-Urd. Belldandy decides to break the seal which restricts her power and enlists Skuld's help to do so.

At LOT-Urd's lair, she talks with Keiichi about destroying the world. When he mentions the Ultimate Destruction Program (UDP), LOT-Urd doesn't know what he is talking about. Mara is equally as clueless and a spell to probe Keiichi's mind proves he doesn't know anything. LOT-Urd is about to give up when the Urn of Mao Za Haxon begins to speak and acknowledge Urd as the true Lord or Terror and begins to explain what the UDP is.

Skuld completes the complex mandala on the ground and Belldandy steps inside its circle. Using a spell combining Yggdrasil code-speech and normal spell incantations, Belldandy is able to break the earring which seals her powers. Armed with her full powers, Belldandy begins her search for Keiichi and Urd.

As Mara holds the Urn of Mao Za Haxon, LOT-Urd begins calling down meteors to strike the Earth. Belldandy is able to locate Urd's location while Skuld asks her how she's going to return Urd to normal. Belldandy remembers being told that an urn would bring the Lord of Terrors return. As LOT-Urd watches the UDP progress, Belldandy telepathically contacts Keiichi asking for a mirror. He pulls out his keychain which has a chrome back and drops it on the ground. Belldandy burst from the reflective surface to a very surprised Mara and LOT-Urd. She launches an attack which hits the urn causing it to begin to break. The urn laughs stating that now the final step of the Ultimate Destruction Program has been completed now that a goddess has destroyed it. Everything that has happened, including Belldandy's arrival, had been predicted. The UDP is now directly linked to the Lord of Terror.

Belldandy is ejected from LOT-Urd's domain but not before Belldandy senses Urd's true spirit. After crashing to Earth, Skuld finds her. Belldandy has reason to hope that they can rescue Urd from the Lord or Terror's clutches.
