Belldandy and Urd are drawing a crowd of admiring men while Aoshima watches from a window on an upper floor of the building he's in. He wonders if she is some kind of magician when Sayoko enters the room. She is also curious to learn more about Belldandy. This causes Belldandy to feel something is wrong as she and Keiichi are about to leave the area.

Aoshima and Sayoko are taping Belldandy when suddenly Urd appears in the view finder. They claim innocence when she asks what they are up to and flee the scene. Again, Urd appears before them asking what they are up to and they flee the second time. No matter where they flee to, Urd is waiting for them! Aoshima and Sayoko both think this is very strange and decide to take the video tape in for analysis. Unfortunately for them, the tape is missing.

That night at the Morisato residence, Urd is holding the tape she took from Aoshima's camera. She tells Keiichi that the pair was up to no good and that if it was up to her, she'd have fun with them. However, she destroys the tape instead. On the temple grounds, Aoshima and Sayoko are attempting to spy on the activities. Aoshima peeks in on Belldandy bathing (Japanese style) and immediately is overcome by the site of her. Sayoko gets annoyed and grabs the video camera from him. As she starts filming, Belldandy appears in the view finder looking right at her. When Sayoko admits to being a peeping tom, Belldandy recalls what Keiichi told her to do if someone peeked on her in the bath - splash water at them and scream "pervert". Belldandy does this with the aid of a spell causing a huge wave of water to crash on the peeping pair and her scream of "pervert" to blast into the night.

With the camera ruined, Sayoko decides to use Keiichi as bait to flush out Belldandy. While Aoshima records on a new camera, Sayoko has enlisted the S&M Club to torment the captured Keiichi. Belldandy immediately begins searching for him but before she can reach where he's being held, Urd has arrived and has turned the tables on the S&M Club. Belldandy burst through a mirror on the floor to save Keiichi while Urd has subdued the S&M members. Sayoko and Aoshima flee with the video tape while Keiichi urges her to get the tape. She grabs a broom, and then uses a piece of her earring on the end of the broom. Urd explains to Keiichi that this is a Maxwell's Demon Stone and it will allow Belldandy to use the broom to fly.

Belldandy races on the broom after the cousins. She catches up with them and demands the tape. When they ask her who she really is, she admits she is a goddess but they do not believe her. Urd arrives laughing saying she shouldn't have worried but she edited the tape anyway causing Sayoko great frustration and Aoshima to become even more intrigued.
