It is time for the clubs to sign up new members at Nekomi Tech and Sayoko's Art Club isn't doing well since no one will stop at their booth. Belldandy and Urd are on stage for the Motor Club and have drawn a huge crowd. A man in the audience asks if a special privilege of the club is to get to date Belldandy. Tamiya says this is a privilege over Keiichi's strong objections. So the man signs up and introduces himself to Belldandy as Toshiyuki Aoshima. He then launches his plan to take Belldandy from Keiichi by following the rules of conquest.

Sometime later, Aoshima is walking along and runs into Sayoko. They know each other and Sayoko joins him on his walk. She inquires as to whom he is chasing after, but all he does is laugh.

Belldandy has one of her lunches packed and is feeding Keiichi under a tree. As she uses the chopsticks to put some food in his mouth, Aoshima intercepts the bite. Because the taste of the food is the best he's ever experienced in his life, it sends him into ecstasy, causing him to lose control of himself for a moment. He soon recovers and continues his assault to steal Belldandy by getting her to agree to make him a lunch on the following day.

The next day comes, and Keiichi and Belldandy are expecting the Motor Club's clubhouse to be full. Instead, none of the new members have shown up and Tamiya is blaming Keiichi for this. Since Aoshima isn't there, Belldandy fears the lunch will go to waste, but Tamiya assures her it won't and greedily begins shoveling it down. Aoshima shows up and is given a bear hug by Tamiya. Later, Aoshima drives up on Keiichi and Belldandy in a Ferrari 288 GTO. He gets them to take the car for a spin while two of his henchmen sabotage Keiichi's bike. When the couple returns, Keiichi can't get his bike to start. Aoshima offers Belldandy a ride which she refuses until Keiichi tells her it might be a while before he finds the problem.

After Aoshima and Belldandy leave, Sayoko approaches Keiichi. She tells him that Aoshima is her cousin and he most likely had the gas tank drained so he could steal Belldandy. She then informs Keiichi to what Aoshima usually does as part of his conquest which includes stopping at a nice "love" motel. Keiichi borrows Tamiya's bike and races to the motel that Aoshima most likely took Belldandy to while Sayoko reflects on her reasons for helping her rival.

At the motel, Belldandy naively identifies the type of place they've come to. Aoshima decides to make his final move to sleep with Belldandy by throwing her back on the bed. However, Belldandy isn't going to have any part of that and casts a spell which causes the bed to spin at an incredible rate. The bed literally flies out through the wall of the motel with Aoshima still on it and lands in the ocean. Keiichi rushes to the room to find Belldandy sleeping peacefully.
