Keiichi has just written his New Year's resolution to get closer to Belldandy when she and Urd come in wearing expensive kimonos and each having food they prepared for him. Keiichi hides the paper, but a spell from Urd soon lets her know what he wrote. As he enjoys Belldandy's food, Megumi stops by bearing New Year's rice cakes. With her are Sayoko, Tamiya, Otaki, and Satoko.

Urd brings out the game called Life Sugoroku Special. She promises that things on the game board will come true with the winner getting the person they choose to make their wish come true. Belldandy goes first and lands on a square saying she will soon be called "mama". Otaki and Tamiya begin abusing Keiichi over this when a neighbor girl from across the street comes over and calls Belldandy "mama".

Sayoko goes next and lands on a square which says she will dance while removing her clothes. She vows to never do this, but a spider lands inside her shirt causing her to remove her shirt while dancing around trying to get it off her. Seeing that the first two players have had their squares come true, excitement builds as Keiichi goes next. His square says he will sweep the yard clean of snow in jeans and a t-shirt. Tamiya and Otaki make sure this comes true as well.

Belldandy begins to suspect Urd has done something with the game which she denies. However, Urd has in fact placed a Laplacian demon's stone into the game's spinner allowing Urd to control what number each player gets and thus what square they land on. As the game progresses, Belldandy becomes even more suspicious of how well Urd is doing, especially when Keiichi is forced back to start and then forced to return to sweeping snow. She casts a spell causing the demon to appear to her and managed to convince the tiny thing to grant her a favor.

On her next turn, Belldandy manages to win the game which means the person she chooses must make her wish come true. She rushes outside to a very cold Keiichi and notices his lips have turned blue. She then proceeds to warm them by kissing him for a long time on the lips.
